Why We Exist
VILLE CHURCH existS to help people move from where they are to where God wants them to be.
We want to be a people who care for, welcome, and support those around us in a way that can only be inspired by God. It's our hope that people who visit our church or interact with our people walk away feeling encouraged, refreshed, and drawn closer to God. We want every man, woman, and child in our community to have the chance to experience and respond to the Gospel in action through our church.

We reach people with the life-giving message of Jesus in weekend services. Our weekends are oriented primarily to guests, and because of that all are welcome to attend, even if you aren’t sure what you believe. While our weekend services are guest-oriented, we believe you’ll be inspired and challenged, no matter where you are on your spiritual journey.

Dave and Heather have been involved in ministry in the local church for almost 20 years and have seen their steps of faith be met with the faithfulness of a faithful God. Through seasons of brokenness, infertility, miscarriage, adoption, and transition, God has always been faithful!
In 2014, a sense of change led Dave and Heather to pray about what God was calling them to in the next season. It soon became clear that God was leading them to church planting. In 2015, after a season of prayer, they moved their family to Louisville to plant Ville Church.
Ville Church came into existence in September 2016 as a portable church. After five years of being portable and surviving a pandemic, Ville Church moved to our permanent home on Shelbyville Road in 2021.
Dave and Heather have one daughter and one son. Their family has a love for the people in the city of Louisville and the surrounding areas and are excited about what God is doing in the Ville. Together, the best is yet to come!
