The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them! From creating a comfortable environment by serving on the Host Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on the VILLE Kids Team, to playing an instrument on our Worship Team, waving on our Parking Team - we are a group that loves to advance the kingdom of God!

The Dream Team is the team that makes this dream happen and the team where you can live out your dreams!

VILLE CHURCH DREAM TEAMS

Serve diligently behind the scenes to support the Dream Team and the pastors who serve on stage through songs, messages, or videos. Through our ministry, guests are able to hear the truth of God’s Word and experience Him in a cohesive, life-giving worship environment. Serving with a vision of providing an extension of the worship experience, enhancing opportunities for people to experience the presence of God, so that people can reach their full potential in Christ.

Capturing moments of the Sunday experience and telling our story through photographs or videos and achieving the brand of VILLE CHURCH. Expressing the experience for people on the other side of the screen and preparing them to know what to expect here at VILLE CHURCH. Creatively finding new ways to modernize the outlook of the church. Find an outlet for your creative abilities and skills to clearly enhance a spiritual moment and use your talents for God's kingdom!

Your role at VILLE CHURCH serves the overall vision by making sure that our systems are in place and are effectively working. The A-Team is a group of like-minded men and women who find much value in details, numbers, and spreadsheets. This team understands that one of the best ways to pastor people is to create systems that don't forget them. Complete your assigned task— as it may vary from week to week. Email will be your lifeline of communication. Please check your account weekly as to tasks, to-do’s, and scheduling.

All the way from the parking team to the ushers in the lobby, actively and cheerfully engage people as they come in. Sincerely smile, speak words of encouragement, and assist with anything they need -- all in order to authentically love each individual. Partner with the Body of Christ by inviting and serving guests while authentically representing Jesus. You have been entrusted by our Church to serve their family members, friends, and co-workers who may not yet know Jesus.

Intercession is a dynamic experience – for you and others. We pray the Word with great boldness, proclaiming God’s truth, drawing from the power of the Holy Spirit to serve the church. Actively pray for the lost, hurting, and broken with us during the worship service, interceding on their behalf. Supportively pray for the pastors and staff as they lead the worship service. Pray encouragement and favor for the Dream Team as they serve the guests attending the service.

Actively greet children and families with a smile, word of encouragement and assistance, knowing that you are a tangible representation of Jesus. And lastly, partner with the Body of Christ by inviting and serving guests while authentically representing Jesus. You have been entrusted by our Church to serve their family members, friends, and co-workers who may not yet know Jesus. Your role in the Kingdom is essential.
